To use SABiDU^® - Mobile Backup, your syncML-capable mobile phone needs to be configured for the synchronization. The configuration can be done manually or via a configuration-SMS. You can receive this SMS after having successfully registered.

If you have not configured your mobile phone during the registration process, or if you want to configure another phone, you can do so after a successful login to your personal area by selecting "Phone Configuration".

You can view the instruction for a manual configuration of your mobile phone in the right section of the "configuration page".

You find detailed instructions concerning this within the section "Registration" of your SABiDU^® Service & Support-Center.
To guarantee an easy and comfortable configuration, we recommend the configuration-SMS.

It is mandatory to select the manufacturer and the model of your mobile phone. After having configured your mobile phone accordingly, you can start the synchronization.

If your phone is not listed, please contact us viaemail so we can take care of the matter as soon as possible.
